I get that and I don&#8217;t know of a solution for it, that&#8217;s not what this post is about.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about this, which I just received in the mail from Enbridge (from a flyer about carbon monoxide):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If anyone in your house has symptoms of CO poisoning (similar to the flu without the fever), get outside immediately and call 911.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Seriously? Really? What the fuck is wrong with you people?<\/p>\n<p>First of all &#8211; noone knows what the hell flu symptoms are. It&#8217;s something resembling a bad cold. Which EVERYONE has for many days every year.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly &#8211; have they thought this through, at all? &#8220;Go outside&#8221;, and &#8220;call 911&#8221;? Every time? Or just until I get arrested? Or until I get sent to a psychiatric institution?<\/p>\n<p>Fuck man, are we so used to being treated like idiots that we don&#8217;t even notice it any more?
